History of Fussilat Training and Skilling Center (FTSC) | Our Journey in Empowering Uganda

OUR STORY

Fussilat Training and Skilling Centre (FTSC) was established by a team of seasoned professionals who were passionate about transforming the education and training industry. Abdul Kharim Khamis, a long-time manager of Skilling schools, partnered with Musoke Hasifa, a management consultant, Ahmed Hussein Kamuhiira, and Phiona Tusiim, a cost control manager, to bring their vision to life.

At the time of FTSC's inception, there was a noticeable gap in the market. No low-cost leader was offering comprehensive, high-quality education that incorporated the latest teaching techniques, such as classroom computer simulations and advanced testing equipment. While national chains focused solely on being the cheapest option, they overlooked the importance of value and innovation. Meanwhile, numerous smaller companies struggled to keep pace with modern teaching methods.

In the past years, FTSC has experienced steady growth and established several key partnerships. The industry is known for its high capital costs, driven by the need for state-of-the-art training equipment and expert trainers. Despite these challenges, FTSC has remained committed to providing top-notch education and training, setting a new standard in the industry.

With a focus on excellence and innovation, FTSC continues to lead the way, ensuring that students receive the best education possible in a rapidly evolving job market.
